A transaction may be canceled within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is returned in its original packaging, unused, and in its original condition.

In the event of a cancellation not due to a defect in the product, the business reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS, whichever is lower, in accordance with applicable law.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 7 business days from the date the return is approved.

The product must be returned using a prepaid return shipping label. The refund will be processed only after the product has been inspected and its condition approved.
